Booking Policy
Secure your spot. Prepare for the adventure.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking with Andes Adventure Company. This secures your place on the trek and allows us to begin organizing permits, guides, and logistics.
The remaining balance must be paid before your departure date. Once your booking is confirmed, your price is locked in.

Flexible but Fair Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, but due to permits and logistics in remote mountain regions, the following policy applies:
More than 30 days before departure
Full refund minus deposit
15–30 days before departure
50% refund of total cost
7–14 days before departure
25% refund of total cost
Less than 7 days before departure
No refund
Deposits and any permits or entrance fees are non-refundable.

Important to Know
Our treks operate in high-altitude, remote environments across Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia. Itineraries may change due to weather, safety conditions, or local regulations.
Travel insurance is required and must cover high-altitude trekking and emergency evacuation.
Late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures are non-refundable.
